All my bank bags are off the screen. Is there a way to move them all up on the screen side by side? I thought I remember a way but I cant think of it right now. Any help is appreciated.

You need to go into your UI config (in EQ folder) for that character, and find the location for that container and change it to something within your screen:

INI:
[BagInv1]
INIVersion=1
FirstTimeAlert=0
XPos3840x2126=1297
YPos3840x2126=780
Width3840x2126=80
Height3840x2126=796
RestoreXPos3840x2126=1469
RestoreYPos3840x2126=753
RestoreWidth3840x2126=80
RestoreHeight3840x2126=796
BGTint.red=255
BGTint.green=255
BGTint.blue=255
BGType=1
DBGTint.red=255
DBGTint.green=255
DBGTint.blue=255
Fades=1
Delay=2000
Duration=500
Alpha=255
FadeToAlpha=255
Border=1
Locked=1
ClickThrough=0
Escapable=1

Do /viewport in EQ and it will give you the size to look for:

XPos3840x2126=1297
YPos3840x2126=780

the 3840x2126 is my EQ viewport.

@stuff answer is just seemingly too easy to believe is true. The only true solution for you is a bona fide tried and true method for fixing all issues:
Put your computer in the trash can, it ok to drop a tear or two while you do this, but have great cheer as you will soon move on to the next step of this wonderful journey. Now do 22 hours of research straight, do not rest, only bathroom breaks, even then hold it as much as you can. This is the only way to ensure you will make an educated decision and have high awareness as you make your decision and can even buy your new pc with eyes closed. You will receive a great surprise the next day at your doorstep and have the incredible joy of spending hours of setup for your new system and THEN begin on the download of your new EQ install. With hop you recall all your passwords you can move on to RG install and resetup of everything. Now finally log in and you will see your bank UI as properly as it should have been all along. You are most welcome for this and no thanks is needed, as I know it will fix your problem 100%. I envy your afterglow and depeleted bank account as you have your new Gaming rig from Hewlett-Packard or whatever you clicked on purchase in your sleep deprivation. The unabated surprises that await you are unending! Congrats.
/Viewport...ugh.

Well my other answer was to delete the UI character ini and reload. It should use defaults for all the window pieces. Its just such a hassle getting those pieces in the right place.

Thank you, I will give this a shot.
