So there is mention in the test patch that The Darkened Sea expansion bundles will be available from August 17 through August 30.

I assume they mean to release the collectors bundles as they have for previous expansions.

Some possible items of interest that were in the original release:

The Wayward Lady House - I think this will be the big one for housing players.

Contract of the Lizardman
Contract of the Arc Worker
Metamorph Totem: Ankylosaurus
Free level 85 Heroic

And 4 paintings.

Not sure how they will spin this as they have been splitting the bundles to have 2 offerings that equal a little more than the original collectors edition price which was $89.99. The original standard offering included the paintings and the lizard man and the ankylosaurus for $39.99. And the collectors contained all that plus the house/ship, the Heroic and Arc Worker.

I already have the collectors edition on a couple toons and if priced right I'll add it to at least two more toons.
