I NEED HELP.. and I'm soooo confused (1 Viewer)

Where do I put teh Macro or whatever they're claaed coeds.. like this one

Cont=Enviro
Comp0=mail sectional mold
Comp1=sheet metal
Comp2=sheet metal
Comp3=sheet metal
Comp4=water flask

Do I put it in the Notepad or.. AHH.. I wanna know where.......

1) Paste it into notepad
2) Save it as insertnamehere.mac
3) Put that file into the Macro folder, which is in your Release folder, which is in your MQ2 folder.
4)when in eq type /macro nameofmacro

you should be all set.
