Question - Does having macros report to eqbc (1 grp of toons) cause massive lag? (1 Viewer)

Not sure why but lately I been getting overwhelming lag after just a few hrs of play
just started happening, ive played for yrs and im familiar w how to turn down graphics etc
just not sure where this lag is coming from or how to narrow it down
removing plugins one by one is prob my best bet?

looking more like the dps monitoring plugin, but if I dont load it cant use Kiss
as soon as i engage and everyone turns on their dps (lags to unplayable

have you checked for faulty files or done a defrag lately? open resource monitor and check for massive hard faults. untill that file/program and reinstall

i know how to defrag
not sure how to check for "faulty files" or "check for massive hard faults "
to be honest never heard of those terms when trouble shooting pc issues

do you have a log going? maybe its getting to big?
/log off

\Everquest\Log\ directory is definitely a place to look. They can get Massive and cause lag. Not related to eqbc - but its definitely worth a look.
