Not talking about the map, per se. But in TBS and now SOF, the text in chatboxes disappears if the map is up, and reappears when you make the map go away. Is this happening only to me ?

EXP is still working the same way. Did you forget what grinding is like? How much fun and instant progress you had getting exp in HOH when you were 68?

The maps dont work right in the newer zones. Probably because of the hi populations of mobs. I know that, and I am living with it. BUT.... It sure would be nice to have it back, working full force. It's been quite a while since this first popped up in TBS. Is anybody working on this...

Where can I find a list of the arguments that the /target command takes -- MQ of course? Specifically, if I want to have a macro that looks for RAT in the title of the mob (Clan Ratkin, or Ratcaller, or Plague Rat, etc.)... what do I do? My macro has: /target NPC 150 ... which will pick up any...

If you are trying to run something that has a .dll extension, then it's :/plugin xxxxx And usually there is some other command to start the plugin. Usually, the plugin is just LOADED by the /plugin command, you have to start it. If it has a .mac extension, then you type: /mac yyyyy

When I 2-box on the same computer, I have to run both toons with pre-Luclin models on.... or rather with the switch for Post-Luclin Models OFF. That's a manual edit to the EQ ini file. And actually, I find that it runs a little faster with only a single EQ set of files. The disk drive is...

PoH is terrific for a bard who want to kite. TSS has LOTS of places to solo-kite... good exp too. You might even be able to handle the mammoths in Icefall (lev 72 (?) and up mobs). It'll take a while to chant them down, but the exp is terrific for a 55. It's pretty good for a 75 ! Get the...

Frankly, if you are a rookie at MQ, I would stay away from afk macros and would stay away from all the "troublesome" things... like warp and such. Get your feet wet with some simple macros ... yes they will not get you as much AA's as afk'ing... but on the other hand, nothing is gonna happen...
