As far as I can tell you don't need to be logged in to actually use MQ just to use the patcher or to download things on the site. So while they would still be able to use MQ until the next patch they would not have access to any new plugins or macros you add to the patcher or to the site.

Lucky you, I've leveled up and progressed multiple alts and only seen one bag from EoK and one from ToV. I don't do much grinding to be honest though, mostly get alt to 100 then missions and progression to get to 120 so might be that, lower volume of mobs and named.

I just use both and use bandoliers to switch as needed. Sword and board is used during first time in a new area just to be safe and I switch to 2 hander as I get more confident and understand the zone, the hotkeys also let me switch back to sword and board in "oh shit" situations.

I'm willing to bet your explorer.exe instance crashed or reloaded, that has happened to me and MQ won't show back up in the tray even though it is still running. Most any program that accesses explorer for custom icons (OneDrive, DropBox and others) will reload explorer on update.

Black Diamond does give base dmg, it works just like regular base dmg augs the only difference is that for it to work the delay has to be 30 minimum. Base DMG is Base DMG regardless of aug type, like I said you would have to parse to see if it is worth it but that aug is considered normal...

Is it worth it? 3 damage, most likely unless a few more hstat will push you over a line that does more DPS. In the end you would need to parse to see if 3 dmg is worth it but my gut says yes for most classes and maybe for zerkers.
