Problem - Tried to come back but forgot my info (1 Viewer)

Ok so to make a long story short, I tried to come back to red guides and Everquest. I could not remember my red guides info and the email address I used when I signed up was my isp email account. Well time warner bought them out and closed out that server in an attempt to force everyone to switch to a twc email address (I chose the other option, gave them the finger and made a gmail. Is there any way to get that account back? Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.
