Sounds like there's a corrupt file. (WinBase.h is where that function is located.) I would delete your current build space, re-download, and start from scratch again.

Hmm ye it has to come first correct ?? And I have deleted all and started new but still. Same issue . I dunno it's no biggie just will use the vanilla here . I just have all ways done my own and like to . But hey whatever works

What are you using to compile?

Same thing I always use and that's vs05 it's what I been using since 05 lol . Up to this last rekease

Thats deprecated. The live compile is geared toward vs c++ 2008 or higher. You will need to grab the 2008 or hihger

Microsoft made VS Pro version free to everyone except big organizations last November.

So no need for Express version anymore.

Just for in update not sure if that fixed my issue because now I can't even downloaded from the website for some reason it will not let me install VS 13 or any VS

It's telling me it's having issues installing vs core features.
