Discussion - SOE targetting botters? (1 Viewer)

Do you believe some of the changes in the new patch are focusing on botters? I am especially referring to the 6hr lockout on Heroic Adventures, but you may think of other measures that seem to be targeting botters.

Not necessarily... Not all of the people that spend their lives in DH are botters. They just got tired of being in a zone full of jerks, waiting for a camp, getting trained, etc. I think part of it is designed to get us to explore beyond Dead Hills. Screwing with the botters is just a bonus.

If they wanted to deal with botters. They would ban them. I would not be surprised though if one happened in the new 4 four weeks. They rarely affect us though because of the nature of the vanilla compile.
