If Internet Explorer 9 SmartScreen is Blocking Compile Download or you get the following message.

1. Click the Safety Button/Tab upper right hand corner of Internet Explorer
2. Click SmartScreen Filter
3. Click Turn Off SmartScreen Filter

I found a good fix as well,

Take this time to install a superior browser that doesn't hate our site, such as:

Chrome
(fast, supported by google)

Firefox
(non-profit, stable, the best addons)

Opera
(cult-like following)

i can't download anything with any of the current browsers... i get this message...

c:\users\blah blah\appdata\local\temp\tMWZ58ME.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

This is with Firefox. Google fails to download it without an error message, just stops around 3MB in. IE just refuses full stop. I'm running as administrator and don't understand what the Eff is going on...
